Afternoon Pick Me Up Flow

A quick pick me up to recharge your battery when you're feeling stagnant or stuck (maybe you've been working at your desk or doomscrolling on the couch). Spend less than10 minutes flowing through a sequence of energizing yoga poses to feel refreshed and enlivened. The sequence repeats twice on both sides—more slowly through the first time and a bit quicker the second.
