Warm up, stretch, and strengthen with 35 minutes of simple to follow yoga plus a few minutes of savasana to rest and integrate. Use this practice to remind yourself of your own personal strengths—whatever they are—in body, mind, or heart. Meeting yourself where you are takes strength. Notice what that means for you today and choose your options kindly.
