Dominant culture sucks and movement should be fun. I'm here to help you discover what your body can do and what it enjoys doing because if you like moving, you'll move more. And with more movement comes greater capacity in the form of endurance, flexibility, balance and strength.
Capitalism tries to convince us we'd be better off if we fit more tightly into a very specific, ever-changing mold, an ideal that can be achieved for a price.
That's bullshit. Let's change it.
I encourage compassionate self study through curiosity and present moment awareness to help you tailor a yoga practice to support your current needs and build the freedom and confidence to identify and choose your own challenges.
